Diamond Lips

After I did the diamond nails ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’…ย I just had to do the diamond lips.ย ๐Ÿ‘„๐Ÿ˜ I love this look.ย ๐Ÿ’• It’s so sparkly and glittery. โœจย I couldn’t move my lips too much though. Well, actually I could but I didn’t want to move them too much because I was worried that the rhinestones would fall out. To my surprise they stayed on there pretty well.ย ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Anyways here’s what I used to create these sparkly diamond lipsย โœจ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ‘„

First thing I applied on was a silver makeup pigment. I used a regular disposable eye shadow applicator to do that. Then I applied fine silver glitter all over the lips. โœจย Now on to rhinestones. ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ˜ย To make the rhinestones stick to the skin I used a clear eyelash glue. ๐Ÿ’ฆย That’s what I use anytime I want to stick anything to the skin. I used the spongy tip of the eye shadow applicator to pick up the rhinestones. It worked fine in the beginning, but not so fine towards the end.

Those rhinestones just didn’t want to be lifted.ย ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ So I discovered an alternative method of lifting them. If you take a regular pencil and dip it

into a melted candle wax that makes a perfect diy rhinestone picker upper tool. Yay! ๐Ÿ˜ƒย It works wonders. Of course you can also buy a tool that’s made specifically for that if you want something that looks cuter.

The last step is placing the rhinestones onto the lips. The diamond lips are all done. ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’—I now look like a lighthouse from far away.
